Well its been a while. And its rained I think almost every day since the last entry.  Sorry about that.  The Philly race is one one of the best times of the year.  I am lucky to still have some friends that still race or manage a team.  This year I had some new friends come to the store for a ride and lunch with some customers.  Team Bissell, Frank, Kirk, Jeremy, & Pete were great.  Oh!! And Kirk stood on the podium again this year, 3rd.  It was probably all the hoagie, and beer at Bike King that did it.  That was followed by a trip in to the city with my friends from the big O.  Justin gave me a call a few weeks before the race to make some plans.  So off to Pats for cheese steaks & beers.  I was warned it was a mellow crowd but Pats is Pats, and cold beer with friends, can't beat it.  I had to miss dinner and beer with my gang but it is Phily  and it only comes once a year.  Ohh and I almost forgot, my friend Liz Begoshot, formally of Velle Bella racing, from Betty's Tasty Buttons named a desert after Justin and I........Jeff or as we called it Justin & Ed's favorite fudge.  (It was really Jefs) but I have to hear from Liz before I tell that name.
